Global Transparency Hub · ronarn AS

How we earn — and how we protect your trust.

Disclosure.bio explains how affiliate programs, product links, commissions and commercial relationships work across our comparison and education network. Our goal is radical transparency so you understand exactly what influences our recommendations — and what does not.

This disclosure applies to all ronarn-operated sites such as Retynol.com, Genectics.com, AcneHeals.com, Hylaronic.com, Niacinimide.com and all .bio educational properties.

2. How commissions work

When you buy through an affiliate link:

  • The retailer tracks the referral (usually via cookies or tracking IDs).
  • We receive a percentage of the sale or a fixed amount.
  • We do not see your personal data, order details or payment information.

Commission rates differ between categories but typically range from 1%–15% depending on product and program.

3. Ranking & comparison integrity

We operate a strict separation between editorial content and commercial partnerships:

  • Brands cannot buy a ranking position.
  • Editorial decisions are made independently of earnings potential.
  • Affiliate availability affects which products we can review, not our conclusions.

If a product performs poorly in testing or user feedback patterns, we will state it — regardless of whether it has an affiliate program.

5. What data affiliates receive

Affiliate programs may receive anonymous performance data, such as:

  • Which link was clicked
  • Whether a purchase occurred
  • Basic device/geolocation metadata (non-identifiable)

No names, emails, addresses, DNA data, health information or payment details are ever shared with us.
